I have made a concertina book using cotton rag paper in 2 layers, collage techniques, machine embroidery and drawn threadwork. The ideas are based on my experiences of depression. The bag is made from vilene painted with inks and bonded with silk organza.

congratulations on putting your book on the blog - Having had the privilege of seeing it in real life I can say that the photos do not do it justice. It is much more spectacular and makes a much stronger statement in the flesh so to speak.

This is lovely - you have a very distinctive style. I am just about to start chapter 11 and have got to that stage where I really want to get going but can't muster the energy. Perhaps i'll leave it until after Christmas! I love looking at your work. Many thanks
