Bye for now

Hi just wanted to tell all of you who follow me that I am stopping the Diploma for now. There have been a number of issues leading up to this so I am giving myself a rest. I shall be trying to do some things in my own time and will post from time to time so don't delete me! I am enjoying reading all your posts even if I don't write any comments, so keep up the good work! I hope summer school is fun, I shall miss seeing you all. Love Paula x

I'm so sorry to hear of your "stopping", hopefully it will only be a pause as you create such wonderful pieces. I will miss seeing you at Urchfont this year. Best wishes and hope everything works out in the end

Hi Paula. You must do what's right for you. Perhaps this will free you up for even better things! Take care.

Ahhhhhhh. Big hugs being sent your way. Come and join me - I need someone to make lavender chickens at break neck speed!!!! I am thinking of you and as they say a break is better than a holiday. Lots of love.

Good luck with whatever you decide. This post was very helpful to me http://downthewell.blogspot.com/2010/11/parting-ways-with-city-and-guilds.html
but then again, I didn't take a break so much as quit!
After 6 months of "mucking about" due to loss of structure that a syllabus provides, I am now alive again - at last - and developing work for sale and exhibition. Very happy and no regrets. Good luck.
